Forsk is an independent company providing RF planning software solutions to the wireless industry, with offices in France, USA, and China.  Our main product, Atoll, is a leading multi-technology RF planning software. We have 110+ customers in 55 countries and strategic partnerships with major players in the industry including Vodafone, Alcatel, Huawei and Nortel Networks. 

We are looking for a system support engineer for Atoll, our RF planning software. This position includes pre-sales and post sales  system support activities:

• Installation of Atoll on customer site

• Installation, configuration  and performance tuning of server-based configurations involving Citrix and Oracle.

• Administration training for customers’ Atoll administrators

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with a strong IT background (BSc/MSc) having experience with Windows, Oracle and system performance optimisation.

The position is based at our headquarter in Toulouse, France with short-term business trips inside and outside Europe.
