| Forsk is pleased to announce the new version 2.1
of Atoll, its Windows-based radio planning software. This new version
includes new features for all the wireless technologies supported
by Atoll: GSM&TDMA, GPRS/EDGE, W-CDMA/UMTS, CDMA and CDMA2000.
At UMTS-MI 2002, Forsk demonstrates the UMTS planning features
of Atoll version 2.1.
The 3G module of Atoll was
the 1st UMTS planning tool available on the market when released
in 2000. Since then, it has stayed ahead of the competition
with continuous improvements being made through close co-operation
with major wireless operators and equipment suppliers.
