Forsk announces that Portuguese operator RadioMovel has selected
Atoll™ for
the RF design of its CDMA 2000 450 MHz network. RadioMovel has also
selected
Atoll™
Microwave for the design of its microwave transmission network.
‘We were looking
for a tool able to help us to design our CDMA 2000 1xRTT/EV-DO
network, and we found that
Atoll™was the most
appropriate software to match our requirements’ said Alexandre Reis,
RadioMovel’s Network Director. ‘We have also taken
Atoll™Microwave, a
microwave planning software that is fully integrated with the RF
planning tool, and this allows a better exchange of information
between our RF planning and Transmission Planning teams’, Reis added.
