Support Engineer
We are looking for support engineers for our RF planning software, Atoll. This position includes support activities for our existing customers as well as pre-sale technical support activities. The principal activities are:
- Technical support for existing customers;
- Support during evaluations;
- Pre-sales trainings;
- Demonstrations and presentations of Atoll to potential customers.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with strong wireless telecommunications background, 3 to 5 years experience with RF planning software products and strong customer service skills.
Candidates must be fluent in English and have a good level in French.
The position is based in Toulouse, France
