
Support Engineer
Forsk is an independent company providing radio planning and optimisation software to the wireless industry, with offices in France, USA, and China. Our main product, Atoll, is leading multi-technology radio planning and optimisation software. We have 230+ customers in 70 countries and strategic partnerships with major players in the industry including AT&T, Telefonica O2, Vodafone, Alcatel, Huawei and Motorola.
We are looking for a support engineer for Atoll, who will join our customer support team and deal with the following activities:
- Answers to technical questions submitted by customers
- Analysis of problem reports submitted by our customers, together with our testing and R&D teams
- Technical support of our distributors
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with a strong witeless telecommunications background (BSc/MSc) having experience with radio planning software. Fluent French and English are required for this position.
The position is based at our headquarter in Toulouse, France.
