Our main product Atoll is an open and flexible multi-technology radio platform supporting GSM/GPRS/EDGE, UMTS/HSPA, LTE, CDMA2000 1xRTT/EV-DO, TD-SCDMA, WiMAX and Microwave.

Forsk is looking for support engineers for its radio planning & optimization software, Atoll. Main responsibilities will be:
• Technical support for existing customers (hotline, emails);
• Support during evaluations (remote and on-site);
• Pre-sale/Post-sale training & mentoring sessions;
• Demonstrations and presentations of Atoll to potential customers
• Keep abreast of new product and technology developments

Requirements
We are looking for (MSEE) candidates, motivated professionals with strong wireless telecommunications background, 3+ year experience with radio planning & optimization software products (Atoll, Asset, Planet or Wizard) and excellent customer service skills. Quick learners, self-motivated, attention to detail. Exceptional analytical problem solving skills. Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support/training. Ability to perform shift work on a rotational basis (between 7am and 7pm Monday-Friday). Fluent in English and Spanish.

Candidate would benefit from having experience with Helpdesk systems, understanding of relational database software and Citrix software.

The position is based in downtown Chicago (IL).

Eligibility: Candidates should have the legal status to work in the U.S.
