System Support Engineer

Our main product Atoll is an open and flexible multi-technology RF planning environment that supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE, UMTS/HSDPA, CDMA2000 1xRTT/EV-DO, TD-SCDMA, WiMAX and Microwave Links.
We are looking for a system support engineer for Atoll, our RF planning software. This position includes pre-sales and post sales system support activities:
- Installation of Atoll on customer site
- Installation, configuration and performance tuning of server-based configurations involving Citrix and Oracle.
- Administration training for customers’ Atoll administrators
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with a strong IT background (BSc/MSc) having experience with Windows, Oracle and system performance optimisation.
Location:
The position is based in downtown Chicago (IL) and involves frequent trips within the US.

Candidates should have the legal status to work in the U.S.
