Forsk China is looking for support engineers for its radio planning & optimization software, Atoll. Main responsibilities will be:
- Technical support for existing customers (hotline, emails);
- Support during evaluations (remote and on-site);
- Pre-sale/Post-sale training & mentoring sessions;
- Demonstrations and presentations of Atoll to potential customers
- Keep abreast of new product and technology developments
We are looking for candidates majoring in telecommunication, motivated professionals with strong wireless telecommunications background, 3+ year experience with radio planning & optimization software products and excellent customer service skills. Quick learners, self-motivated, attention to detail. Exceptional analytical problem solving skills. Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support/training. Ability to perform shift work on a rotational basis (between 7am and 7pm Monday-Friday). Fluent in English and Chinese.
Candidate would benefit from having experience with Helpdesk systems, understanding of relational database software and Citrix software.
Location: The position is based in Guangzhou, China.
Eligibility: Candidates should have the legal status to work in China.
